How do you capture my brand’s voice?
Trust me — I get it. It’s so hard to trust someone else to convey the heart of your brand. And I don’t take this lightly! In order to write content in your signature voice, I get familiar with your brand through your previous content and on our 60-minute Kick Off Call.
Plus, all of my services come with two rounds of edits — so we can really nail your voice and your offerings. And so you’re truly happy with the content delivered.
Will I need to purchase an email marketing service separately?
Yes. Most email marketing service providers charge a monthly fee for email automation services. If you already have an account with an email marketing platform, I’ll investigate and make sure it’s compatible with the goal of this package.
How does payment work?
For our first project, 50% is due upfront, and 50% is due upon delivery of the first draft. Subsequent projects will require an upfront payment in full to reserve the time on my calendar. Your payment is submitted securely through a completely safe, trusted software that’s easy to use.
What if I want more emails on a monthly basis?
I’d be happy to build a custom monthly retainer for your ongoing marketing needs. Just let me know on our call what you’re thinking, and I’ll add it to the proposal!
What’s the timeframe for this package?
